Auto-Immune diseases can be cured!

An Auto-Immune disease is due to inflammation in the system usually caused by a leaky gut. It is a reaction to something we allowed in our bodies in most cases.

In some cases it is due to parasites which we don't invite, and those can come by foods we eat like pork, but can also be picked up from animals, soils, or from someone else who has them which cause leaky gut.


What is a leaky gut?

This is when negitive baterica or toxins are released from the intestine into the blood stream, and move throughout the entire body.

There are many blood vessels that run to the intestine. This is how our bodies receive and distribute nutrients to the rest of the body. When there is food that is not properly broken down bad baterica grows, and is distributed with the other items taken to the rest of the body.


Leaky gut can happen if we have parasites. Most people unknowingly have parasites.

Also eating meat, dairy, stress, anxiety, or anitbiotics can weaken the mucas layer in the intestine allowing leaky gut.

Taking medications or vaccines can also damage the mucas layer causing leacky gut allowing toxins to be released into the blood stream as they all have toxic chemicals in them.


If you don't fully believe that just take their word on it. If you take any medication there are many side effects from taking that medication. The side effects are caused by the harmful chemicals in the medication that your body reacts to in an attempt to remove it because we were not desiged to have these in our systems.

Example: Asprin can cause brain bleed, and is recommended by doctors to heart patients to thin the blood; replace it with cayenne pepper 1 tsp daily.

She recommends to eat fermented or cultured foods like sauerkraut and yogurt, to create a balance in good bacteria in the gut.


Our bodies then try to eliminate these bad bacterias or toxins. When our bodies do this it presents as inflammation (irritation) and shows in symptoms this is how the body is trying to get rid of them or at least isolate them. It typically starts out minor and turns into major issues if the body has not been able to rid itself of the toxin or bacteria leaving excess and constant inflammation.


This is the immune system and how it works. It sees a forgien item and attacks it trying to purge it from the system. It sometimes isolates it in one area. This causes symptons to appear. Our immune system sometimes can not tell the difference between the forgien item and your cells and therefore attacks both. This is known as an auto immune disease.


Example: tattoos, a tattoo is a tissue injury with forigen particles inserted into the skin and tissue. The Immune system then isolates it to that region. If you notice over time the ink fades. This is because the cells that are isolating the damage reclycle over time (new ones come and take over) , and with each new set of cells coming on board it causing a loss of ink. Where does the ink go? It goes into the blood stream and processed through the organs.


Another Example; joint pain, skin rash, neuological issues, respritory issues, organ failures, are all reactions to our bodies trying to fight and get rid of forigen items in the body.


Other causes for leaky gut are Stress, parasites, Heavy Metals, medication, vaccines, or toxins in the blood stream which all can cause an auto immune disease from the initial leaky gut.


Our bodies detox many ways, through the skin, through organs, muscles, blood to be flushed out through urine and stool. However, we do not allow our bodies to do a thorough job because we are always feeding it. We are told to eat 3 or more times a day. By doing this our bodies are trying to digest food all the time. It can not go into full repair mode allowing our issues to get worse.


Ever wonder why scriptures tell us to fast? Yes there is a spiritual need, but there is also a physical need to fast as well. It is not meant to be torture for us. It is meant to be healty for us. There are herbs we can make into a tea that will curb our appitite so that you are not miserable during this process. You can drink fresh vegetable juice at meal times. Then our bodies can work efficiently and effectively as they are designed to.


Our skin absorbs what we touch. If you use chemicals at home, at work, or school all of these are absobing into your body which trigger an immune response-inflammation. This would include daily products you use on your body as well as cleaning supplies. This is another way we can trigger excess inflammation which can turn into an auto immune disease.


It takes 4-6 weeks for each toxin to be purged or removed from our system IF it is able to be removed without assistance.





What to do!?

Do a detox from Heavy Metals, toxins, and Parasites annually at least.

Other items to include in your daily routine:

Turmeric is a great anti inflammitory, use 1 tsp daily in food or capsules

Apple Cider Vinegar will help balance the PH of the stomach drink 1/4 cup daily, you may add to tea, juice, or water.

Baking Soda 1/2 tsp in a glass of water can help reverse auto immune disease

Vitamin D spend at least 30 minutes daily in the sun

Chamomile or Peppermint

Marshmellow Root

Slippery Elm (included in Essaic tea)

2 oz of fresh aleo juice

Vitamin A

Sea Salt Celtic Salt, Himalayan Sea Salt has the natural minerals our bodies need.

Water, pure water, spring, rain, or well water. 6-8 cups per day


Diverse Diet, recommeded to have 35 types of fruits, herbs, and veggies daily. Using multiple herbs and spices in each meal, multi fruit salad, multi veggie or fruit smoothie, multiple veggie salad; one could easily reach the 35 types daily. By having a diverse diet you will build the needed bacterias for each type of plant which creates a strong healty system.


Fasting-eat like a King for breakfast 6am or later, like a Queen for lunch, and like a poor man for dinner. Stop eating by 6pm. If you can eat 1 to 2 times per day leaving 16-18 hours continuously of fasting will greatly help correct the issue. When your body is always digesting food it can not go into repair mode.

If you would like to do a drastic fast go 48-72 hours with no solid foods. This will cause your body to heal faster. Drink tea, water, fresh juices, and smoothies without protiens in them.

You can drink herbal teas that will curb your appitite and Apple Cider vinegar will also curb your appitite while also getting your daily water intake.


I drink a combination tea in the morning, 6 whole cloves, 2 bags of turmeric/ginger, 2 bags of morniga, sage, peppermint with local raw honey in a 2 liter container. This keeps me satisfied until lunch, sometimes I will have another glass, and wait to eat at dinner.


Water, pure water (spring, well, or rain water). If you are not currently drinking water or drinking very little water, change. You should drink 6-8 glasses of water per day.

You may not be aware, but many bottle water companies use filtered TAP water which still has chemicals and impurities in it.

If you are not absorbing the water into your cells, peeing to much, then place a crystal of Celtic Sea salt on your tounge before each glass. The minerals in the salt will tell your body to absorb the water into the cells reducing the excess waste. DO NOT down a whole glass quickly. Drink the water by swallows with minutes between each swallow. This will allow for absorbtion into the body.

You may not have access to a spring or a well, but we all have access to rain water. Set up a sealed colletion bin and drink fresh pure water. IF you do this, you have just created your own private spring or well because all that water originated from rain water.


Research and find out what natural remedies are available for your conditions. See if you can come off the pharmaceutical medications by curing the disorder or using an herb instead of meds.


Each AutoImmune disease may have slight differences in needs. IE Celiac Disease would require you to elminiate gluten, but studies have shown that gluten is actually benefical in protecting the heart, and therefore would not be recommened for all auto immune sufferers to stop eating it.


The elimination list below is best for all people to stop eating, with our without an auto immune disorder.

Eliminate processed food, fast food, fried food, vegitbale oil, canola oil, table salt, refined sugar, caffine, alcohol.


Reduce your intake of Dairy and meats. You may try a reduction in pototoes, eggplant, peppers and see if you see improvment in your symptoms.

It may take up to a year or 2 to correct the issues in your body. Everyone is different. The shortest time for full correction I've heard so far has been 5 months.


Use natural sugars, honey, maple syrup, stevia, coconut sugar.

Use Olive and cocount oils to cook with. There's debate in the medical world if coconut oil is bad for us. NO study has shown this, and the islanders eat coconut oil every day, and they do not have heart disease, FYI.

Use Sea Salts to season your food with, not iodized table salt-this salt has been stripped of all but 2 minerals, and have added items to it.



If you can grow your own fruit, vegetables, and herbs I would recommend it. This way you know if chemicals are in or on them. You will know if they are hybrid or GMO versions of the original. You will know they weren't treated after harvested.


Once you have healed your body you can go back to eating more meat, dairy, fried food and sugar but don't over do it.
