Do you know which peels of Herbs and fruits can also be used and eaten?

All of these can be eaten raw, but most people do not because the of the texture or flavor is not desired.

Garlic
Onion
Banana
Citrus, orange, lemon, lime, grapefruit
Melon, water, honeydew, cantaloupe, pumpkin,
Tropical Fruit, Pineapple, Pomegrante, Kiwi, Mango, papaya, lychee, dragon fruit
Ginger
Turmeric


These I'm sure you are aware of:
Cucumber
Zucchini
Peach
Potatoe
Tomatoe
Peppers
Apple
Grapes
Berries
Avacodo
Hard winter Squash
Eggplant

How to use some of these:
Paper like peels like garlic and onion:
Wash peels off, and dry in towel
Place in oven or dehydrator until the peels are crunchy, no more moisture in them
Grind them up into a powder
Use to season food.

Banana:
Wash prior to peeling
Cook peels in oven or dehydrator until crunchy, no moisture remaining
Grind into powder
Use is a seasoning to food, smoothies ect.

Citrus:
Options:
Grate peeling into dishes
Boil whole fruit in a tea
Grind whole fruit for drinks or make pastes for masks ect
Cook or dehyrate peels until no mositure remains and grind into powder, use for seasoning

Melon:
Boil into a tea
Grind to a pulp, use for smoothies or masks

Pineapple:
Boil into a tea
If eaten whole remove the spines on the peeling to avoid injury

Ginger or Turmeric:
Boil into a tea
Cook or deyhrate until all moisture is gone, grind into a powder, use to season foods
Use whole herb in your recipe
