Did you know that garden herbs can heal you?

Updated: Oct 1, 2022

Most of us are unaware that the use of herbs is how the Father intended us to heal ourselves. Not prescription medications.

There have been cases where herbs healed persons with illness' that our medical community has said are non curable diseases. Things like Cancer, MS, Parkinson's disease, diabetes, high blood pressure, and more. OF course herbs are not guaranteed cures just like medications are not. However, you can treat with herbs without the harsh side effects that comes with prescriptions. Herbs are NOT an instant healing option. It takes time for the body to recognize the changes you're making, to start to heal what is broken, and fully repair the damage. ***disclaimer some herbs if taken with certain prescriptions can cause unwelcome issues, please ask your doctor if they are aware of any known adverse reactions when combining herbs and drugs.***

You have to make sure the herb is NON GMO to get the best results. Since GMO means it has be genetically modified which causes it to loose the nutritional value and medicinal values. Also they need to be fresh in the sense of age. You can use dried or fresh herbs for your treatments. In most cases these are best used uncooked as heat diminishes the potency of medicinal herbs. In most cases you can't overdoes on herbs either. If your body doesn't absorb them or use all of them the remainder will be discarded.

Consistency is the primary issue in the US. Most of us have issues with it. We are the land of instant gratification, and when it takes longer than a week to make progress we begin to loose interest. Keep in mind, a lot of the drugs pedaled by the doctors say you have to take it for 30 days before it is in your system and doing it's job. Herbs in some cases may take a little bit longer than 30 days, especially if we have a poor diet already.

In many cases there is more than one herb that helps, assists, or cures an issue.
Let's take circulation issues for example, the herbs that help with this issue are:
rosemary, cayenne pepper, hawthorn berry, ginkgo biloba, gotu kola, prickly ash, black pepper, ginger, turmeric, Vitamin E, Vitamin B3, and Iron.
So if one doesn't work with you or your needs then you can try another, or a combo of two or more herbs.

You can make a tea, add them raw to a salad, make a smoothy, make a poultice, or take a capsule of the dried herb.
