I referred to my prior schedule, as although there are 13 new moons in 2024, the Equinox is still in March as it is usually every year.

I have no explaination for it. Scriptures only mention 12 months.

The equinox in spring is always on the 19th or 20th regardless of how many new moons appear from year to year.
