Here are some natural ways to get your Thyroid heathly again.
1. Massage throat with 4 to 5 drops of cold pressed Walnut oil
2. Massage neck with half an onion, onion juice is the goal, if you want to try a slice of onion this will work as well, using half an onion is an easier way to hold it.
3. Manually crush Coriander seeds in a motor with a pestal or on a cutting board with a rolling pin. soak crushed seeds overnight in 1 cup of water. In the morning boil the seeds for 5 mins and strain. Drink warm and slowly. Sip it over 30 mins time and 30 mins prior to consuming food. Do these 3 steps for 3 months.

4. boil 1 cup of water
Add 2 TBsp of Apple Cider vinegar
Add 1 tsp of raw honey
Drink warm daily
5. Drink mineral water regularly
6. Lemon Balm
1 TBsp Lemon balm
cup of hot water
Drink warm
7. Eat regularly :

Fish, no shell fish

Hemp

Fennel
