Indigestion:
Use 1 to 2 herbs listed in a tea 1 to 3 times daily
1 to 2 tsp per herb per 1 cup of boiling water
Strain and drink warm

Ulcers:
Use 1 to 2 herbs listed in a tea 1 to 3 times daily
1 to 2 tsp per herb per 1 cup of boiling water
Strain and drink warm

Plantian
Burdock root
Butterbur
Cat's claw
Irish Moss

Acid Reflux
1. 1 tsp fresh grated or 1/2 tsp gound Ginger
1/2 Lemon Juice
1 cup boiling Water
Let cool to room temp, strain, and drink

2. Milk
drink a glass of cow or almond milk

3. Soak Coriander seeds in 1/2 cup water
soak barley for 4 hrs in 1/2 cup water
1 small cucumber
1 inch fresh ginger
1 TBsp lemon juice
10 mint leaves
Blend all together
Can garnish with lemons slice and mint leaves

4. Buttermilk
drink a glass

5. Watermelon Juice
Drink 1 cup

6. Pineapple juice
Drink 1 glass

7. Jaggery
Chew on square after a meal

8. Coconut Water
2 Glasses

9. Banana
Eat a banana

10. Apple cider Vinegar
1 tsp ACV per glass of water up to 2 times per day

11. Basil
Chew 2-3 leaves

12. Fennel seeds
chew 1/2 tsp

13. Baking Soda
1/4 tsp of baking soda
1/2 glass of water
Drink


Gas and Bloating:

1. Cumin, If you add at least 2 tsp to your meal as you are cooking this herb has oils that will help with digestion and assist the colon and intestines in processing while reducing gas.

2. 1/2 tsp coriander seed ground to powder
1/2 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Fennel powder
3 black peppercorns seeds
1/2 TBsp fresh ginger
2 cups water
bring to a boil on medium heat
cover and simmer for 5 minutes
strain and store in glass container

Dosage: 8 months to adults
8m up to 2 TBsp
10m up to 4 TBsp
1+ Yrs old up to 1/4 cup

3. Fennel seeds
chew 1/2 tsp

4. Cardamom
chew 3 seeds if too strong for you
break open seeds and steep in hot water
drink

5. Lemon tea
1 slice of lemon
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
1 cup hot water
steep and drink

6. Cumin
1 TBsp cumin
boil in 1 cup until 3/4 cup remains of water
strain drink warm not hot

7. Oman Water/Aiwain tea
1 TBsp Aiwain
1 cup of water
boil until 3/4 cup of water remains
strain and drink warm

8. Ginger
Pinky length of fresh ginger grated
pinch of salt
pinch of ground black pepper
Take by mouth, hold in mouth for a few seconds before chewing or swallowing
Take 10 minutes prior to eating meal

9. Black pepper
whole Black peppercorns
Ginger
Long pepper
in equal quantities
1 cup of water
boil in water, stain, drink warm
