Cayenne pepper
The Lord's remedy to heart health.
You can not overdose or take to much cayenne pepper.
Cayenne pepper will NEVER harm the body used internally or externally.
Cayenne pepper will NEVER cause lesions internally or externally.

You can place cayenne pepper on an open wound (small or large) and it will stop the bleeding. You can take cayenne pepper orally, and it will stop a heartattach, heal an ulcer, clot bleeding veins and arteries, thin your blood for better circulation and more.

You can replace your blood thinner medication with 1 tsp of cayenne pepper daily.
It is NOT recommended to take cayenne pepper while taking pharmaceutical blood thinners, including asprin.

You can chose to use it in capsules, tinctures, or staight from the container.
Most people find it to hot to eat it straight so they prefer to use it in capsule form.

7 size "0" capsules = 1 tsp; below example cayenne pepper capsule
5 size "00" casuples = 1 tsp; below example moringa capsule
You can elect to take them all at once or 2 to 3 times during the day.

My recommendation is to take one cayenne pepper capsule at at time. I took 2 at one time, and got a hot throat for 10 mins or so. One or more of them must have opened or disolved before reaching my stomach. Now that I take them indivually, back to back, I no longer have that issue.




In addition to taking capsules:

To increase feeling in limbs use a cayenne pepper compress. Best place to use this is on the feet as they have the largest pores.

Dampen a towel and sprinkle cayenne pepper generously over the area you're going to use to treat the location of neuropathy.

Wrap that area with a sock, ace bandage, saran wrap, or plastic bag to prevent it moving away from the area to be treated.

Let sit for 1 hr min.

Repeat daily


Ways to strenghen your heart, unclog veins, and destroy paracidic bacteria in your system

1. 1 glass of water
1 to 2 TBsp ground flaxseed
Juice of 1/2 a lemon
1 tsp raw honey, or to taste
Drink daily 15 mins prior to your first meal

Unclog veines and kill paracidic bacteria
peels of a head of garlic
2 heaping TBsp of oregano
7.5 cups of water
Bring to a boil stirring constantly
simmer 2 to 4 mins
Strain
Keep refriderated
Dosage 1 cup daily in the morning for 7 days

Strengthen heart
1/4 cup dandelion root
1/4 cup rosemary
peel of a lemon
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup honey
Place in jar with lid
store in dark warm place for 4 to 6 weeks
shake daily
Strain
Add 1 tsp to 1 TBsp to salads, teas, warm water and more
