I encourage you to get creative with this list of ingredients. Comment on this post for what worked best for you, what your hair type and condition was, what condition is your hair in now that you have started one of these or your own creation of treatments, Add before and after photos.
I will be starting #5 soon, just waiting on one more ingredient to arrive. I added moringa to #5 and #4 because no one is talking about the benefits it has on hair growth. I also added most of the other ingredients to #5. The original formula called for rosemary and clove. I will keep you posted on the progress of my treatment. I hope you do the same.
My hair is very thin and dry, always has been, and I loose so much daily. I'm surprised I don't have balding spots; been saying that for years. I wash it once a week or longer depending on the oil build up. It tangles very easily, and recently has been looking like I put a lot of heat or products on my hair which I don't do either. I blow dry on rare occasions when I have to go outside and it's cold, otherwise I air dry. I quit using products, dyes, and perms in 2003. I'm 45 with no gray hair yet. It's straight as a board, and almost always in a ponytail held by a scrunchy. Its long, waist length or so, but my entire ponytail is the size of a dime or smaller.
I will add updates under my profile in the comments section of my progress.

I have treated and washed my hair once per week since I've started the treatment. (4 times)
I have since bought a rosemary shampoo and use both the ginger shampoo bar and rosemary shampoo and conditioner when I do wash my hair.
I have much less hair loss during brushing and showering. I would say I lose a 4th of what I did last month in a single occurance.
Will update again later....
4/9/23 did my second treatment. Found less hair in the shower and less after I brushed. My hair feels so soft. I'll keep ya posted.
After 1 treatment using #5, and a ginger shampoo bar to wash with I've noticed a reduction in hair loss, my hair looks healthier, and is softer.
After I washed it there were fewer tangles.
I brushed my hair the next morning 4/7/23 and only found 3 strands of hair. Significantly lowered the amount of hair loss.
The pictures below is a little less than average amount of hair loss any time I would brush my hair with my fingers or my brush.
Imagine that 2 or 3 times a day! That's why I said I'm surprised I don't have bald spots LOL
