Fever Reducers

Here's all natural ways to reduce a fever

Cayenne Pepper
Take 1 to 2 capsules by mouth as needed for fever reduction

OR

Make a tea
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
juice of half a lemon
1 cup of water
Boil
Add honey to taste

Dosage drink as often as needed to reduce fever



Basil
handful of fresh basil leaves
1 tsp of fresh curched ginger
4 cups natural or filtered water
Boil until 1/2 the water has boiled off
Add 2 TBsp honey

Dosage drink 1 cup as needed to reduce fever



Garlic
Crush 1 garlic clove
Add to 1 cup of hot water
let sit for minimum 10 minutes
remove garlic pieces and drink

Dosage 1 cup as needed to reduce fever.


Ginger
1 tsp ginger juice
1 tsp lemon juice
1 TBsp honey
mix and drink

Dosage as needed to reduce fever

Apple Cider Vinegar
2 tsp Apple Cider vinegar
2 TBsp honey
6 oz warm water

Dosage drink as needed to reduce fever.

TEA
Make a tea with all or some of the following herbs
1 tsp of each herb
1 cup of boiling water
Let sit and cool for minimum 10 minutes

Ederflowers
Lemon balm
yarrow
White willow bark
Echinacea
Garlic
Basil
Cayenne Pepper
Ginger
Add lemon juice and/or honey to taste
this will also add additional elements to boost the immune system
